The Foundation Center; includes online proposal writing guide, sample grant application forms, electronic newsletters, and searchable index of foundations.

US Department of Education; primarily educational resources, includes some grant opportunities for libraries.

The Institute of Museum and Library Services; offers grants to libraries, and for museum-library collaborative projects.
